Pattaya - SUCCESSFUL JESTERS – “CARE FOR KIDS” FAIR

SUCCESSFUL JESTERS – “CARE FOR KIDS” FAIR

[PDN]:- Now in its 6th year, the Jesters Motorcycle Club once again have staged a very successful “Care For Kids” Charity Fair, under ideal weather conditions. This is their biggest fundraising effort for the year, and this year saw adults and children all having a great day.

The large crowd of locals and visitors who attended this year’s “Care For Kids” Charity Fair, stayed on a lot longer than the previous charity fairs, because while the weather was warm and sunny in the morning, the afternoon gave way to overcast slightly cooler conditions, so everyone had plenty of energy left. A great day of entertainment for the kids and interesting stands for the adults, with a big variety of food and drinks for all.

Jesters President “Woody” drew some great raffle prizes out of the Jaimeson’s barrel. One of the major prizes was a complete Karaoke outfit, and after three winning tickets nobody came forward to collect the prize; (Never knew that karaoke kits were so hard to give away!). The kids won some fantastic prizes, such as big remote control cars, DVD players, computer printers and a very nice BMX mountain bike donated by “Pattaya Trader” magazine.

The millions of baht that were raised will go to help such local charitable organisations as the “Mercy Centre to help all the underprivileged kids in our area.

It's always nice to see others doing the right thing, it's such a short life, we should help others.
