| It's a good weekend, but over the last few years as it's grown in popularity the traffic along Soi Siam Country Club can be a nightmare. My advice- take the Soi that goes around the other other side of Mabprachan lake, Soi Chaiyapornvitee- It's the one with the sign to the 'Thousand Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm' when it comes off Sukhumvit, not far from Mcdonalds. A newish and decent pub on Soi Siam, close to the action is the Rendezvous- decent farang and Thai nosh too. The nearest 'naughty girl' bars are Sami's by the lake, and CC Roadhouse on Soi Siam. And you just happen to drive by the Black Pearl if you take Chaiyapornvitee...
