After job interview in Bangkok on Sunday, I drove back Sriracha because I had an appointment with my friend, Toon. We planned to go to Pattaya together to see The Gran Pattaya Music Festival 2006.

We got there (Pattaya) around 3ish and we both hadn't had anything yet then we went to a Thai Somtum restaurant, the one in soi hmm... I don't remember the soi name but it's the one which's in the one around Green Park Resort, North Pattaya.

These are what we had;

And Tom Yum Pla Muk.. it tasted really Thai! I mean "Thai Taste".

See, how much we enjoined 'em.

Ok, it's time to leave and had a look what it's like on Beach road. Not long that we walked along beach road then it rained so hard, we had to run into 7-11. After 30 min, yep.. stoped! then we walked out to see around again. Ahhh.. it was flooding for a moment.

Then we walked donw to South Pattaya and we met these guys and many people paid attention at 'em.

Ahh.. they are "Exotic", a Thai new band which will have their own album to sell in April.

After that, we went to Royal Garden to wash our legs because they're dirty from flooding.

On the way back, we passed Cabaret show too!

Then we went to an Orange State to watch "BODYSLAM". Yes! they're my Thai favorite band!

We can't even get close to the state, many people there. After they finished the show then we walked out and many people walked out also.

It was almost 10 then we walked back to BigC because we parked a car there. On the way back, we saw a short Thai and tall Farang guy were playing these things.

It's wonderful.

I got home around 11ish, took a shower and went to bed.

My Sunday had ended.

Looks like you had a more exciting Sunday than I did.

I was in Pattaya last year on the day the festival ended. I'm far too old to know any bands newer than Glenn Miller but it looks like good fun anyway.
