Students at Phra Nakhon Rajabhat University launch flower floats to promote an alcohol-free Loy Krathong festival on their campus yesterday. Five institutes, including Thammasat University and Ramkhamhaeng University, will join the campaign. Loy Krathong is this Saturday.
