Make merit in Saraburi
THANIN WEERADET

The central province of Saraburi will hold its traditional "Tak Bat Sai Bat" merit-making ceremony from July 28-30 at the Wat Phra Buddha Bat temple to mark the start of the Buddhist Lent.
The rites kick off at 4:30pm on July 28 with a parade of floral floats from various districts to the temple, located in tambon Khun Khloan of Buddha Bat district, famous for Lord Buddha's footprint sheltered there. As part of the rites, local people offer wild flowers or Dok Khao Phansa to monks the following morning.
