The annual harvest festival around this time of year has started today.
It's a long procession of the different villages which winds its way towards the amphoe school.
Nice pics, have to make it up that way someday,
A friend of mine that lives here is up there most of the time as he built a large house and has around 25 orphans and caretakers living in it and spends most of his time there.
Does that horse that you are riding buck much??
Some streetstalls around the event the sausage cart:
Making sweet Kanum kok:
Fancy some boiled soy-beans?
It's within everyone's budget...
Very nice indeed.
Is there a place in Thailand I can go for the Banana, Mango, Cassava, Papaya and Coconut festivals?
It sure beats Sydney's gay mardi gras.
More shots from the procession:
This is cool:
Another Tamarind 'idol':
Great pictures

What is this guy doing?
Amazing photos. Thanks for the good work.

Thanks.
This is a 3-day (or rather night) event, with singing, beauty queen and ladyboy queen competitions on 2 stages. I am afraid the pics I took the other night are not up to scratch.
