Again yet another high quality clean beach that doesn't see many farang scumbags, this place is actually really nice and is where the well to do Thais go, no touts here and a few nice restaurants on the road across from the beach.

This beach is about 40kms away from Pattaya and 15kms away from Rayong.

Agreed, nice beaches and nice food on Phayoon and Phala beach.
Ban Chang is the wifes home town and i'm hoping it will develope a bit as the wifes family have over 20 rai there.

There appears to be an awful lot of children, could they not be told to go elsewhere or banned or forcibly removed and sent upcountry to work in the rice plantations?

These were taken during one of the bank holiday weekends, normally the beach would be empty.

It won't be empty for long, if you keep posting pics and tell what's available in Ban Chang itself.
All the TEFLers from Bkk will flock there for a dirty weekend!
