The trees are not all the same age, but in general I believe they are about 4-5 years old. (I can send you photos if you are interested.) There are about 450+ trees on the 2 properties; there are many fruit trees (mangosteen, jackfruit, banana) on the 6 rai plot. I do not know what variety the rubber trees are. Please post a Web page that explains how to determine the different varieties and I will try to answer later.

As I can't see what you're seeing I don't want to mislead you - but the properties are on an unpaved road (though the road going to the Chanote Title Deed plot is scheduled to be paved this year). Please contact me if you're interested in viewing the property per phone numbers in original post.
