I have a friend that is looking to rent her house in Rangsit to a farang. She wants 22,000 baht and is open to negotiate.

There are NO STRAY DOGS or food carts in this neighborhood and it is a very neat and clean place. The streets are extra wide and hardly ever have any cars parked in the street.

Visitors must check in at the front and are not admitted if they do not have the name and address they will be visiting. Then upon leaving the owner must sign on your pass.

There is a fitness center, a huge adult pool and a baby pool in the neighborhood.

It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a Western kitchen and an outside servant's room and a bath. There are air cons in all the rooms.

The house has a complete set of furniture in most rooms.
