The company is getting bigger so they are building a new workshop in Songkhla then he has to find a house to live there. I've been trying to look on the internet but I can't see any useful sites.

Any suggestions please?

There won't be any websites listing rental houses in Songkla, best bet is try to get a local to source out a few places then go and see them yourself. Takes time but worth it in the end.
