  | Seek Lease on Home w 2 Rai land, Andaman Region Home with at least 2 rai adjacent land, Up to 10 rai desired Style, size house unimportant but livable. Don't need a pool or a/c. Prefer Phuket, will look Andaman Region Krabi, Khao Lak, etc.. In quiet quiet area away from traffic noise and neighbors . Prefer monthly rent, THB 4000- 15 000 p/m, will pay 6 month advance ; 3 year lease. Or .. Will consider purchase home and 30 yr long lease on land if great deal, ( only w/ proper title available ,) or consider just land w no house if perfect ( = Cheap, 3 mil max., and gorgeous scenery . ) Do need 2 - 10 or up rai , adjacent land- flat, well drained. With ground water, elec. available . Available by Nov 1, 2009 Please PM possibilities. MM _____
