It's 36 sq metres with all mod cons. Separate kitchen (with hob and toastie maker), bathroom and balcony. Free access to gym, pool and sauna- you're often the only person there! All bills direct to the provider. Pizza place, 24 hour family mart, laundry services, fantastic nooden stall, great view for charming the birds (or blokes). 10 minute walk from BTS On Nut. 10,000 baht per month.

The lease will be available from August the 25th but you'll have to deal with the owner as I'm back in the UK until the 18th.

As I'm leaving Thailand you'll get loads of extras such as cooking utensils, plates, a fan etc.

I'll check back on here on Monday and if it takes anybody's fancy I'll put you in touch with the owner so that you can get yourself a viewing.
