It is kinda expensive.... 300baht per sqm Does it include UBC, Internet, Maid, Laundry, maintenance. 1 year contract. rent amount frozen for the next 4 years if given a 2year contract? What about a gym? The 146sqm quoted, is this living space or you have included the balcony? The furniture is new? old? modern? clean? the Mattress is it new or used? What about pest control? Will you do this on a regular basis? And the aircon is this going to be serviced by whom? |
