The property is located on 76 tarang-wa ,296sq m in a quiet estate Bai Mai 2 at the end of a soi in a corner plot with no neighbours on two sides.

Bai Mai 2 is one Km off the 118 San Sai to Doi Saket road.10 mins to Doi Saket and 15 mins to CM.

We have the Channot title and would like to sell for 1.7m Baht.

Nice place, and it looks a good build quality too. House prices in CM seem pretty reasonable.

Went out to take a look. I'm ready to move in. The build quality is good, the house is open and airy. The ol' lady took one look said no. This in itself is high praise I think. We have yet to agree on a home in three years, primary reason we are still renting.

Although a sale was not in the cards, we spent a pleasant afternoon discussing the fermentation of sausage, Thai and western recipes in the back garden over a couple of Changs. Fantastic place for that sort of thing; no back neighbors, none to the side the sitting area is on. I would have moved in on the spot, quiet area (while I was there).
