I've just received notification that my landlord wants to sell his house and would like me to leave in 3 months, so I'm looking for a place to rent. Location is not important; anywhere from Cha-am to Pranburi & further West would be OK.

Two drawbacks are:

budget. I'm looking for somewhere at 10,000bt a month or less
the fact that I will have 13 dogs. Most will not be allowed in the house, so I will need a secure garden - and somewhere a bit remote would be better, so they don't annoy the neighbours.

What I need: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & living area with secure garden. Running water & electricity.
Aircon in at least one bedroom would be nice, but not nearly essential, same with hot water in bathroom & telephone line (nice but not essential).

If anyone knows of anywhere, please get in touch. Thanks.

Yeah, I know.

Actually, they're very well behaved & the 5 paraplegic ones live in cages (big ones) apart from their romps in their wheelchairs, but that's why somewhere remote would probably be best.
