 | Chaiyaphum. Renovated wooden Thai house for sale. 750,000 Baht. I have a large 2 bedroom home on half a rai in Chai Mon Khon village for sale. The village is on highway 225 on the outskirts of Sai Thong National Park 70kms west of Chaiyaphum town. The house has been completely rebuilt and has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom (all fully tiled) downstairs and huge master and one smaller bedroom, both with stripped and waxed wooden floors upstairs. All internal walls and ceilings have been panelled so the place resembles a country cottage with exposed beams. Large patio out front, large wooden balcony off the master b/room, large patio/bbq area out back. The house is certainly big enough to be converted into a 4 bed home if required.
