 | Guest house long stay,WATBOON,Jomtien Just purchased, previous owner charging 15k per month,too dear, in my opinion.I will be looking for ex-pats,at 10k per month, 100 yards from beach road, loads of parking, 40 sq.mt. rooms with balcony, en-suite/air-con.Jomtien 2nd road link under construction,100 yds away,get away from the traffic jams in Pattaya.Use of catering kitchen, (cook ur own) wi-fi,and 3 ubc channels available below in my new friendly quiet,smoking and non smoking, draught beer bar below.Also required, English speaking bar staff, not barladies. 24/7, security, & cctv.Call Tony 08902-14502 Cheers |
