    Could you help me please with some information on purchasing condos in Thailand? I am planning to buy a condo in Phuket (VIP KATA Condominium ? New Phuket Condominium for Sale), and hopefully "Thai company scheme" also works for me. Is it true that everything that is situated directly on the land can be bought onе the name of a Thai company. The foreigner can buy only an apartment in condominium to own it personally. Moreover, this flat must be in so-called "international quota". If I got it right, according to Thailand land and property laws not more than 49% of living space in any building recognized as condominium can be sold to ownership of foreign residents.
