House for rent/sale in Nong Khai

My mate has this house up for grabs, just south of Muang Nong Khai.

This is a detached house set in nearly 2 rai of land, built just over 4 years ago.

    It has 2 floors with:
    - a large living room,
    - 3 large bedrooms
    - large bathroom on second floor
    - shower room and toilet on lower floor
    - European style kitchen with granite work surfaces
    - utility room with automatic washing machine
    - fully furnished
    - a/c throughout

The grounds are completely walled and is situated at Ban Namsueytai, 23 kilometers from Nong Khai town, just half a kilometer from the Nong Khai -Udon Thani Road (Mittraphap H/way).

The rent is 10,000 Baht per month or for sale at 5.5m.

PM me or leave a message for more info.

How did he come to the conclusion that the house had appreciated in value to the tune of B50,000 per month over the past 10 months?

    Nice enough house though.

If the sale value is 5.5 mil and the monthly rental is 10K then I can see why it's for sale.

Looks great value for 10k a month.

Cracking place, looks value to at 10k per month for anyone who would want to live in that area.

Certainly not me, would drive me nuts full time up here.

Horses for courses though I guess the guy selling it loved the area enough to spend that amount on a pad.

Hope the parting works out ok mate if your reading, all the best, it's a bit of a bloody minefield out there for sure, we're all pretty vulnerable.

Shit Yes, a huge amount of house for 10 K a month.

Thing is why pay 6 million it if you can rent it for 10K a month.?

Do the maths, just don't make sense does it.

Anyway, whats with the Fireman's axe on the wall ?

Home security! I've heard that Nong Khai is like the wild west for farangs....

    Maybe he's an ex-firefighter.

    Amazing value!

    Is this still available?

    Hi there,
If the house is still available for rent, I am very interested. I've been to see the house from the outside already and I'm prepared to move in immediately. I live in Nong Khai and can meet up any time that is convenient.
Please pm me for contact details
    Thanks
