Aisawan Resort, Pattaya

This review and pics are based from a stay a few months ago. Aisawan is located next door to the North Point condo towers, and is a couple of doors down from the new Centara resort. The main part of the hotel is a large tower facing the beach and pool area, there's also a smaller "lanai" section that features its own private swimming pool area. That's where we stayed.

At that time, low season prices in the main tower where running 1700B to 2500B, we paid 2750 for a lanai room, which included fruit basket, turn down service, 4 pieces of laundry per day, one hour of free internet and free daily cocktail hour. Discount price did not include breakfast, however.
My pics of the room did not turn out so great, so this one is from the hotel's website:

The free daily cocktail hour more than made up for no breakfast, all the starters, beer, wine & cocktails you can scarf in a hour, served on a private balcony/dining area overlooking the beach and pool. Nice place to watch the sunset.

Pool areas were nice, good views and not too crowded at the time we visited.

Beach is kept clean.

Took a stroll north, all the way up to that sanctuary of truth thingy, I especially liked some of the older beach houses that can be found in this area.

Pretty nice place overall for a low-season visit, high season prices notsomuch...

If I could choose I would prefer the cocktail hour instead of breakfast.
