Wrong Way cafe & Hotel, Ubon Ratchatani

Not much info in this thread sorry as I didn't actually stay here.

It is the accomadation out the back of the Wrong Way Cafe which I hope to do a proper review on the place soon as this one here is a bit of a mess.

The rooms at the wrong way cafe are 350 baht and actually look half decent.

The good thing for you is that you can park your car directly out the front of your room although you need to get there early as the place it seems is quite popular and you either cant get a car park or dont plan on leaving to early in the morning as you might be parked in.

Place looks a bit cheap & nasty even by my standards.

Well it is new and clean and for 350 offers reasonable value for money. I have found some better stays in Ubon over the last 2 weeks which I have done threads on as well.

Al I require for my periodic Ubon forays is a reasonably central location, off street parking and a clean bed and shower. The cheaper the better- 350 bht is reasonable, and considering the WW is a farang bar I would drink at, and quite likely eat at, it seems a pretty good option- unless of course I can find the same for 250bht.

I've heard the burgers are great at WW MeMock- have you eaten there yet? How about the bar- a decent place to hang out? I've only made it to NJoy so far, and that was before they got the new manager.

Sabang, remember on the other thread I gave you a 250 baht option so you are all sorted.

Had a burger there last night, a little dry but very very yummy.

Yes, good place to hang out - didn't take me very long to get to know half the regulars. Ting is a very good host, Richard is quite stand offish to start off with but just ignore that as it doesn't take him very long to warm to you.

I just reviewed the phadaeng hotel as well Sabang so take a look at that as that is the other hotel I mentioned opposite the pub.

I plan to do a proper review of the WW cafe soon and it might actually be today for lunch.

Wrong way burgers

It's the best burgers in Ubon, at least what i have found...cheeseburger with chips for 100 baht, or if you're really hunger, try the wrong way burger..pretty much loaded. Beers are cold, burgers are hot...life is good.

No problems. Since then I have also found many other places so if you have any questions just ask.
