Tokyo hotel, Ubon Ratchatani.

I stayed here 2 years ago and thought it was good value.

Staying here again tonight and the place has gone down hill a little bit.

No fridge and no sat tv this time round but still a good location and nice and clean.

400 baht a night for the air con room. Cheaper rooms available. 600 baht for the 'delux'.

Looks easy to stubb your toe in that room should have warning stickers on the door.

Much larger rooms with AC, TV (mostly Thai), HW, and a softer mattress at similar prices can be had at the hotel located behind the Wrong Way Cafe. Driveway to the place is on the side of the Cafe. Located at 49/4/5 Phadoeng

Maybe 300-400 bahts, not really cheaper than now. I remember I choose this hotel from the Lonely Planet. It was late when I came in a bus late in the evening. Was invited to drink some whisky by some thai blokes in a nearby cafe and then catched a motosai taxi to the hotel. Really not a pleasant place, but ok when tired and want a bed and a shower. Liked the people who offered the whisky though, nice funny blokes.
