Where Can I Buy A Good Barbecue Grill??

I have been to Home Pro In Bangkok and Future Park Rangsit and they had high price ones that were low quality. I do not need anything fancy, just one that comes with a lid and vents on top and bottom for air flow. I prefer a Weber like we had at home...........The One Touch Silver Model

Also do they have good charcoal and lighter fluid?

Any advice?

most likely have to make your own to get what you want.

Charcoal is all over at a good price, they use it themselves.

Use a coconut hush for a started, beats hell out of that nasty liquid shit.

Brad is your man...he sells Aussie BBQs although neither of his websites would open for me...his restaurant is http://www.tenderloins33.com and his BBQs are on www.bbqthai.com I think...

also there's a good working example at this pub The Aussie Down under Pub in Bangkok and a friendly publican as well...

Thanks klongmaster, I spoke with the manager there and I am in the process of ordering my grill!

Hey dirty dog isn't that the way you spell barbecue? Or is it barbeque? I have seen it both ways!

Are you sure it's called Lookie Lookie? I thought is was called something like the "Blue Bar".

Anyhow, MtD knows the bloke fairly well (judging from the fact we went and had dinner and he spent longer speaking with that bloke than the rest of us). So I'd suggest a PM to MtD, he may even get you a discount

Klongy is on the ball with this one. He used to own Blue BBQ, but sold it (it has since floundered).

Problem is that Thai charcoal 'tung' burns way to fast for my taste. At least it is cheap, about 10baht per bag. I make it work but sure miss slow burning charcoal.

Yr in Udon right?, a yank here in Udon makes BBQ's although mainly gas, he seems to have a thing against Charcoal. Anyway, good quality product.

BBQ Thailand. Quik-Fire, the Barbeque of all Gas Barbecues in stainless steel.

Yes it does, and it must be the wood it is made from, I prefer natural charcoal to that ground and formed Briquettes that you get in the states tho.
I used to go out to the yard when I lived in Mexico that the Carboneros used to resack the stuff at that came in from the forest and buy the large sacks right off the truck, some in big chunks and some just barely carbonized and looked like mesquite and it was really great stuff.
