Everything is all fine and dandy, they just made this law up because they were bored. I'm not buying your bullshit. The Cambodians don't want a bunch of garbage trying to change their culture, it's a good law, protecting a small country with a poor population from garbage, atleast the Chinese and Koreans don't try and change the culture.
