AMERICAN NATIONAL ARRESTED FOR THE RAPE OF HIS DAUGHTER

A known American sex offender has been caught at his house in Pattaya following an extensive police investigation. The American man is wanted by the American FBI in relation to the repeated rape of his young daughter.

Pattaya, November 20009 [PDN]: Police Lieutenant General Wut Liptaphanlop recently ordered and investigation to begin for the apprehension of a known sex offender who is believed to be hiding in Thailand.

The offender, Mr. Karl Linn Collet age 59 (American national), has been accused of repeatedly raping his young daughter. Mr Collet is believed to have fled the US for Thailand in order to avoid prosecution. Californian courts have issued an arrest warrant against him on the 18th of December 2008 for the charge of, “un-consensual sexual intercourse with a minor, aged less than 14 years old.”

If they found him then they should arrest him as there is an extradition treaty with Thailand and the FBI will gladly come and get him.
But it would be better if a trial was held in absentia for him in the US and then the penalty should be carried out in a Thai prison at a cost of what ever the price of time in a US prison was, and paid to the Thai prison system.
That way he would get some real prison time and the Thai would pick up a few bucks, in an American prison he will do time as is set by the ACLU under very civilized country club conditions.

As a Pedo, he will do 23 of every 24 hours in isolation. He will be allowed one hour in which to shower and exercise each day, generally after the general population is locked down. He will not be introduced into the general population which is unfortunate. His life expectancy would be measured in possibly minutes if he was. A pedophile is one circumstance the ACLU seems to have no regard for and is no country club tour. Even in isolation there is always the chance someone will get to him. He will be looking out every minute of the day and night.

Maybe not, but the ACLU does make prisons furnish TV cable and full library and legal advise and representation and air con and all the luxuries that most on the outside can not afford plus free medical from the best, and make life a lot easier than most in this day and age can afford.

Oh, I fully agree. Have a friend where he says that's his retirement plan. Walk into a bank, say "stick'em up" and sit and wait. Go to a fed minimum security prison with all the amenities including golf course and tennis courts.

Not true, You have been watching to many prison movies. Not every molester or rapist is in protective custody. Plenty of them in general pop. Even if they were in protective custody, they would not be on lock down 23 hours a day. They are just segregated from general population. There are all sorts of inmates in PC and when someone checks in, often times the predators check in as well so they can get to them.

Disciplinary segregation is 23 hours in and 1 hour for shower and rec.

I don't know about any federal prisons, but I know of one state maximum security prison that has a miniature golf course, a couple of soft ball fields, karate classes and more weights in their fitness center than any health club has.

Only know from the 2 I sent up to Joliet State. Both did the isolation route, one for 3 1/2 the other for 5 1/2.
