Pattaya: Tight Fall

Norwegian falls off balcony
Dongtan police were notified on the evening of the 23rd October that a foreigner had fallen off the balcony of a building on Soi Welcome off Jomtien Beach Road.
Officers went to investigate with Sawang Boriboon medics and on arrival found 45 year old Mr. Jan Treche from Norway injured on the ground. He was conscious but had grazes along his body and was complaining about severe pain in his legs, so he was given immediate first aid and taken to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya for emergency treatment. He stated that he lived on the fourth floor of the building and forgot his keys, which were still inside his room. Foolishly, he decided to climb up the outside of the building using a pair of nylon tights, little realising that tights stretch and are not exactly made for climbing buildings.
He won't be the last of the bungalow brains to try it either...
