so, he's been arrested before in Thailand and allowed back in to get arrested again.

i think there are more serious visa rules that need looking at than 15 day extensions.

Horsman probably bought himself off, like so many of these pedophiles who get nabbed in Thailand. If it was not for the British direction on this case, one seriously doubts that much action would have been taken.

Ceesthai is out on bail, for his 2 rape charges + internet porn - free to repeat-offend to his hearts desire. Ok, in his case, his wife is related to Thai police in Mukdahan & has been doing a fair amount of mopping up after Ceesthai. His pockets are deep. Apparently it is normal for a pedophile to be let out on bail, in Thailand!!!

Paedophiles are just in great numbers everywhere. Why perpetuate the myths that Thailand is a haven? These freaks should be put away for awile, but what makes LOS so special. Just as many paedos in Britain, USA, Pakistan, etc.

Why I raised the issue was how Bangkok Shill so vigorously defended at least two pedophiles that he knew - who had been caught in Thailand. It definitely worried me at the time & I said something publicly about it & per pm. Things were never quite the same after that.
