American Porn Film Cameraman arrested in North Pattaya Hotel.

On Sunday Evening a press conference was held at Pattaya Police Station led by Police Colonel Nopadon, to announce the arrest of an American National accused of producing pornographic videos here in Pattaya. Mr. Todd Arthur Williams aged 47 was detained on the strength of an arrest warrant at the Markland Hotel located in Soi 1 off Pattaya Beach Road. Inside the room officers found various items commonly used to produce such movies, such as cameras, condoms, sex toys and other video production equipment including a laptop computer. During questioning, Mr. Williams claimed he was the cameraman but the man they were really after was the producer and star of the movies, named as Mr. Gary Schmad who resides in Bangkok. A further arrest warrant has now been issued in his name. He also revealed that Pattaya Bar Girls would be paid many thousands of Baht to perform in the movies. Mr. Williams was initially charged with producing pornographic movies as Police hunt for Mr. Schmad.

His nationality is appropriate in the headline. The fact that he's a retired bus driver, or retired pastry chef, is not. (Neither would it be if he were a retired Marine) Mentioning that he's a porn film cameraman, his current occupation, offers insight to the story.
