She was not murdered. Her mother already said that the article and the facts of what happened are not one in the same. No, I won't elaborate out of respect for Michelle and her family. If that's why you think you are being taken for an idiot, I'm sorry. There are just things and facts that are so personal that posting them in a public forum is disrespectful to her family and Michelle's memory.

I know I'd feel pretty helpless if my child died, let alone died in a foreign country. I'm sure that's why Mama Joni is in here reading the posts. So give her all the info that you can, but please, remember that Joni just lost her beautiful daughter.

Incorrect newspaper articles, and conflicting stories in different news sources is unfortunately very common.

Sometimes due to sloppy research on part of the journalist(s), sometimes due to police officials who speculate or blabber on without knowing what they are talking about, sometimes due to translation errors/misunderstandings.

Hope everything gets as well cleared up as possible. My condolences.

As a matter of some privacy for Michelle herself and her friends and family. So many people loved her. She was one of those types that everybody likes. She loved to help people but wasn't good at getting it for herself. This is the way depression works. She didn't want to bother anyone with her problems. Of course she had loyal friends who would not hesitate to come to her aid. We would have flown over immediately to bring her back home to get her help. We have known her for years and now what she needed. I guess she just felt alone and isolated there. I am sure her friends there wanted to help her but they had not had years of experience with her. Being Bipolar myself, I know exactly where she was coming from. Unfortunately there are so many ignorant people out in the world today it is hard to find someone to talk to. I am very happy for Michelle, for now the heavy burden has finally been lifted and she can be truly happy. She would also want all of her loved one to know that she is happy and not to worry about her. This was no ones fault. It just happened.

It is a load of shit to refer to a recent suicide and say that one is happy for her now, and she is now happy in a much better place. It sounds as if you admire her for taking her life.

Suicide equates to failure and cowardice.

To admire that option shows a lack of a grasp of basic reality.

Michelle did not fail and she was not a coward. I guess she was sick of being in a world with assholes like you. She was not weak, she was not selfish. She needed help and obviously was unaware how to get it over there. Maybe she ran into people like you. I do not Glorify jumping. It is sad she felt she had no other way. However, she did not fail. She did many things in her life which is why so many people loved her. You could at least try to understand this.

Oh, and by the way, the comment about "typing slow so I could keep up" was really just a slam on yourself. You see, I am not watching you when you type. So I would not use the fact that you type slow as a slam on someone else. Better luck next time.
