Now itchy, this is something I have never ever before said to anyone here. Lost the plot? book by Chuck Woww. You are one of the loser characters there (good book, and very much unusual btw). Read that and off to gardening leave.

You are useless bastard wannabe military govt man.

    ^ Steady Nos,

Fact is until the military junta constitution is ripped out from the judicial system, then all the court verdicts made based upon it are illegal and unlawful and undemocratic,

    End of

    You can't argue with that

Once again you give us an Argumentum Ad Hominem - your resort to a form of argument so old hat it has a latin name, while avoiding addressing the points I have made.

    To remind everyone.

The square faced cnut was kicked out of power by a Military Coup after he was already accused of crimes of abuse of power under the law in place during his government.

The cases against him were heard in civil court under long existing laws - nothing to do with the constitution.

He's a convicted criminal who wants his criminal record removed and the billions he stole from the Thai nation returned - to do this he needs to get a new constitution in place.

    Go argue with that.

    exactly

Court cases against him were clearly made up by the said military government.

Sentences given by the said military government appointed court. No justice in this.

You probably do not know, but it was only about a land case of then wife of Thaksin that led to his "convinction"- which was very much discussed and found failing in Thai press at the time (excluding yellow media, like manager, nation and bangkok post)

Let's have unbiased court to look at this when Khun Thaksin is back.

Sure- the Constitutional amendment process is not the same as the reconciliation/ amnesty process. There is nothing in the Constitutional amendment process that grants amnesty to Thaksin, or anyone else.
The conviction against Thaksin (whether he is guilty or not) was carried out by a post military Coup appointed kangaroo tribunal. It would not stand Appeal in a million years. For him to be legally convicted (which clearly you want) he would need to be re-Tried in a properly constituted Court of law.

^..which will never happen until or unless Thailand gets a real people's democracy. I don't see that happening anytime soon.
