A British Airways flight from Bangkok to London made an emergency landing at Heathrow airport tonight after a passenger fell ill on board.

The Boeing 777-236 jet carrying hundreds of passengers landed safely after declaring an emergency over southeastern England at the end of a 12-hour flight.
