Fight Danny, don't let the bitter family feud put you in jail for nothing. It wasn't your fault. Accidents happen.
Human nature is peculiar but at the same time this was predictable that for the first two days the family will grieve and that pain turns to anger, so it's no surprise they want somebody to blame for their pain.

Because, oh wow man, he's speaking with her spirit on a daily basis by being close by.

She wants to speak as a witness through him to say it wasn't his fault.

Or what's so bad in the UK that makes him want to stay in Thailand?

Are the dentists in the Bangkok Hilton better than Lulus top dentist experience, then they will sort him out a Colgate smile.

Phuket Police formally charge British boyfriend for death of Sophie Anderson

PHUKET: British national Danny Glass from Kent, England, presented himself at Thalang Police Station, in central Phuket, today (May 27) to be formally charged with reckless driving causing death.

Mr Glass arrived at Thalang Police Station shortly after 2pm. The charges are for the fatal road accident that resulted in the death of his long-term partner Sophie Emma Rose Anderson also from England.

During formal proceedings today, Mr Glass obscured his face and declined to spek with reporters.

Ms Anderson, who was six months pregnant, was riding pillion on a motorbike when she spilled onto Thepkrasattri Rd in Thalang and was crushed by an 18-wheeled truck on May 8, leaving her 5-year-old son Shaye without his mother.

The driver of the truck – Nattawoot Kimchue, 30, from Phang Nga Province – initially fled the scene but later surrendered himself to police. He was also charged with reckless driving by Thalang police today.

After the accident Danny posted a video on YouTube as part of his initial steps in overcoming his devastating grief. In clarifying how the accident happened, Mr Glass explained, “I went to brake because a car all of a sudden braked in front of me. The bike slid, like wobbled. I tried to stabilise it, but I wasn’t been able to. It’s two people on a scooter, it’s a very difficult thing to do – and the bike slid to the right side.”

Sophie fell right in front of a truck moving in the same direction while Danny suffered only minor injuries.

“All I keep seeing is that image keep going through my head over and over and over and over and over – it just won’t stop,” he confessed in the YouTube video.

“It’s like, is this a dream? Somebody wake me up from this nightmare,” he said.

The case echoes an incident in early February when Australian tourist Thomas Keating, 22, was charged with reckless driving causing death after an accident that resulted in the death of his girlfriend Emily Jayne Collie, 20. The two crashed their separate jet-skis into each other off Kata Beach in southern Phuket,

Thomas Keating was handed down by court as two-year suspended jail sentence and fined B5,000 for reckless driving causing death.

Why would he do that when he's a YouTube attention-seeker, and when a week or so ago I think he said he'll provide an update if he's charged.

I feel slightly sympathetic (lose partner, lose unborn child, face a prison sentence perhaps) but at the same time it could (should) have been him that died for his dangerous misjudgement, not the innocent passenger and unborn.

Reckless driving, causing the death of a woman. This is Thailand where life is cheap. I'd say he gets 100,000 Baht fine and a suspended jail term.

Very strange couple who did wear their hearts on their sleeves by recording their lives and posting it on YouTube for the world to watch.

Not challenging your comment, but where did you get this info?

And why would she be riding with him?

As I said in post #118 I watched numerous video's. She is/was quite open, and so were others, about her relationship with the hippy. Below is 2 of many videos. You need to watch other vids made by people who were friends of theirs.
Something else, she was a sex coach.

Looks like they were both hippies.

She must have still had some type of relationship with him to be in the back of his bike.
