BANGKOK, 6th May 2017 (NNT) – The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has launched a model senior care center in Din Daeng district.

Chairing the opening of the retirement home, Deputy Bangkok Governor, Taweesak Lertprapan said Thailand is becoming an aging society, with senior citizens now accounting for more than 16% of the population. The number is expected to rise year after year.

Equipped with age related devices and physical therapists, the retirement home in Din Daeng district is believed to be a model senior care center for others in the capital city.
