    As vegetarians should be aware that some "vegetarian" Thai dishes contain all sorts of shit.

    At least the mussie knows that if the menu says "Halal", it probably is.

    Having said that, mussies on holiday tend to be a bit more relaxed in case you haven't noticed.

    A lot of this shit is down to peer pressure at home more than anything else, exactly how the mullahs want it.

    I have met many a Gulf Arab in mufti on the piss in Thailand, including by pure chance a couple that live down the road from me and who I would never had down as partying folk.

    Fucking hell did they ever drink.

    I have and I'm delighted to see them out of their straitjackets enjoying bacon and beer...it's hard enough at home for these folks without them having to be "protected" from experiencing the "other" while on holiday...
