"Probably" in their world is certainty. They simply are no good with abstracts and have no time for them. It's why they have produced nothing of any cultural worth in their entire existence and never will.

Yeah, heavily lacking in museums here
Here, they differentiate massively if you were angry at the time, you were drunk at the time, and whether you were devious when trying to escape prosecution.
Unheard of in the modern day west.
Actions vs motive.
Simple.
When you watch Thai soap operas
For even 2 minutes,
You see that they live in a cloud cuckoo land far removed from "global reality"
Add that with the jaw dropping feudalist views of the wealthy here and you get the smorgasbord that is.
DJ Keng to serve 3 months and 15 days in prison
The Bangkok North Municipal Court today sentenced Pattarasak Thiemprasert, alias DJ Keng, to three months and 15 days in prison with no suspension after finding him guilty of ramming his pickup truck into another car.
The court at first handed down seven months in prison but commuted by half after he confessed to the offences.
The court also seized his pickup truck and his driving license, but granted him temporary release on 15,000 baht bail.
The radio station DJ came under heavy criticism after video clips showing his black pickup truck reversing aggressively to hit a red Toyota Yaris three times went viral online. He also lied about the incident.

Not that long really. But at least he has to do some time.
It seems like a fair sentence, especially here. Hopefully, that moron and other similar morons will take note of the consequences. Doubtful.
Severs him right for lying on the video saying that the other small red car had driven into the back of him.
How is it possible to be released on bail after having a custodial sentence handed down?
Is this normal procedure in LOS?
15000 is not much bail either.
