Heard this on television this morning and found it in Thai Rath:

Apparently,on October 11th in a tragic accident in Petchburi a youngster four years old was admitted to hospital where he subsequently died of lacerated wounds to the colon.
Whilst playing at the rice mill where his father worked he got a bit dirty and his friends thought they would clean him off with an airline . This somehow ended up in his rectum and the when the airline was turned on he had air of around 100 pounds pressure blown into him.
Verdict....negligence

Hard to say. Mother was understanderbly very upset but stuff like this happens when kids are left unsupervised. I can remember several stories about toddlers coming to grief through lack of parental supervision both here and back in the U.K.
