Thailand: Thai police issue a gun to a labrador

    Dirty hairy

    Armed ... paw enforcer

    By FELIX ALLEN

    Published: 2 hrs ago

COPS in Thailand have added some Magnum Force to their squad by issuing a LABRADOR with a gun.

The paw enforcer is carrying an automatic in a shoulder holster marked “Police K-9”.

While some may think it’s a barking mad idea, it would probably make Harry Callahan’s day.

He could always growl: “I know what you’re thinking... was it five bullets or SIT?”

It's a actually a very good idea...when the police have some firearms that go missing they can blame the dog..or in the case of innocent people getting shot they could blame the dog

Won't be long before that dog get's transfered to some inactive post on full pay

From the pic, the cop appears to be blind; certainly no one would want him with a gun; obvious choice would be the K-9!

Are there lots of blind dogs in the US?

Oh and the dog's pistol is probably a fake just for effect. What effect I cannot speculate.

Fat cop is too lazy to carry his own gun , having said that , the dog is probably the more responsible of the two.

Maybe they'll issue it some fingers and a prehensile thumb.
