Well, considering that there has been mass starvation in NK recently , and the fact NK cannot feed itself and the fact that NK had a drought last year and so not much food was grown and the fact that its mid winter now in NK and the fact that NK could easily disprove the stories by letting in journalists to have a look for themselves and the fact that starving people do indeed resort to cannibalism , I would say that the reports are true .
