I've known and worked with quite a few bankers, but they were all American, Canadian and British. I can't imagine any of them losing a moments sleep or drawing one drop of blood over a missing GF. Must be a Franco-German....or Swiss thing. Definitley not a City of London or Wall St guy.....

Sure you know the bankers. Now this is just like usual suspects as well (yeah lets hate the banks as much as police and - and again in many cases that is justified). But usually the normal people working for banks, brokers, hedge funds, you name it, are normal people, and as much as any normal people suffer from "heart-related" issues - and due to pressure, perhaps even more than your average joe in factory floor. So this guy was not necessarily a maniac - I would not know, I don't know him or have seen his medical details.
