    Mr. Howard,
Item of curiosity, how does one go about getting a work permit without the required B or O visa? Like most of us who have gone the Teaching route, first thing a legit employer wants to see is your "B" that is not expired or..........hell man, you have us all confused as this sounds like a fabrication of fact.

On the overstay, beware, if at BKK and you are found to be overstayed past the equivalent of the 20,000 THB max (read 40 days), automatic red flag. 40 days and under, see the man, pay the man, be on your way.

If its just an overstay offense they just give a different stamp for the overstay not in red,it says fine paid.People have overstayed years paid the fine flown out then flown back in a week later with no problems.
Not a good idea really but its just pushing the rules and regulations to the limit.
I knew someone who got busted on a drugs charge bit of weed he got red stamped for i think it was 6 months but may have been a year.
