| Loud and Deadly! | Little advice? I need to leave the US for tax purposes for 4 months and I would like to stay in Thailand. I have heard that the cambodia border runs are out. Is that true? I do not have any visa and I am currently in the US. Can I get some advice?

| Loud and Deadly! | I Will give that a try. I will come in on the thirty day visa. Before expiration I will go to Vientiane and get a tourist visa. And then I will have the option to extend for thirty days hopefully. And if it does not work where would a good place to stay for a month? |

| Loud and Deadly! | DD I was reading one of your other posts explaining Visa's and I had seen the part about 90 day stays within a 6 month period. I have already been in thailand for thirty days in this 6 month period is that going to affect what we are talking about? And what are the fee's associted with said tourist visa? |

| ^If that's what they are now doing without making any announcement, unless it was another of those unpublisised laws already in existence that no fooker knows about, i can see a lot of pissed off farangs at Vientiane when they realise they've just made a wasted trip. |

| Loud and Deadly! | OK I have been in thailand for thirty days in this six motnh period I go back to thailand get another entry stamp for thirty days that puts me on sixty days this six month period. Then upon or just prior too the expiration of that stamp I go to Vientiane and get a tourist visa for sixty days. Which I can go back upon expiration or just prior too and renew for another thirty days for 1,900 no problem. Ok if this will work great. But if it does not work anyone got some ideas about where I can stay up to 1 or 2 months that isnt to bad in Cambodia or Loas? |
