So this is what I received when I filled out the T-M 30 form. It confirmed I had done it correctly and then I had to wait for an email from them. Yesty wannit.
1 hour later.

And this took ten minutes of my time yesterday. Not hard bitches is it.
do let us know when you get your password terence.
some have to wait 6 weeks,
Look bitches, forget about me for a minute.
The one thing when one reads the comments on this thread is that many punters are fuking stupid and cannot follow simple instructions.
This was mentioned by Immigration officers when the cry babies had their meeting the other day, the head cocky said that doing a T-M 30 was not hard and this is indeed fact.
I've already told ya i had no need to do it but i decided to do it and done the first registration in 10 miutes no fookin worries at all. Stick it in ya arse if ya want but theres the facts eh.
Pragmatic lives here full time and has done for years but does not know why i had to registar ????? I'm not going into it again as it's fuking pointless innit.
And Fondles has got the shits on because he called me a liar and i fuked him up with the proof. Sad fuker cried back that i was a coont cause i took a picture of the page.
Fuk me Fondles, if thats all ya got then blow me eh.
But i digress fukers,
Do yaself a fookin favor and just do ya T-M 3O like good little bitches, ya know ya may crack it after 55 attempts.

Double post. Sorry innit.
But look,
If the majority of the farang can manage to deal with this T-M 30 business and the minority cannot where does the problem lie ?
The question is easily answered innit.
terry
I've already told ya i had no need to do it but i decided to do it and done the first registration in 10 miutes no fookin worries at all.
why you decided to do it if you didn't need to do it is beyond my comprehension, do you get some perverse pleasure by interacting with the thai authorities, something that most foreigners go out of their way to avoid.
i suspect the truth is you hadn't read up on it and knew fuck all about it and just assumed that it was necessary to do after immersing yourself in thai visa for hours, when the fact is if you rent a gaff then it is your landlady who has to do it.
but even if you did need to do it yourself, then merely confirming your e-mail on their stone age web page is not completing the procedure, and until you get your password from them you will not be able to do it, and as i have already said, some people are waiting weeks and weeks for their password to come through.
so rock on terry. maybe you should cut down on the booze and dope and straighten yourself out a bit.

Because most folks on a long stay visa do. I asked a simple question and you come back with a dickhead post all over the map.
Simple truth is Terry you are as dumb as a retarted rock when it comes to Thailand and all you every do as demonstrated on this thread is belittle the country and folks who have chosen to make it home.
Nobody gives a rats ass about you repeating the same crap posts about how wonderful you are in getting a TM30 on line. 99% of us long stayers do the same. It is not rocket science. As for the 1% who seem unable to do it, well what can I say.
"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect,"
I agree with Tax. I think the reason why Terry has involved himself in the matter is cuz Terry knows his land lady won't do it and to cover his ass he's doing it for her. He can't take the chance of her not paying the fines or reporting in case it effects his visas in the future. Not that I blame him. So let's be honest, shall we?
I love you bitches eh,
You're all awesum in ya own special way and i salute the koontishness and retardness in every one of you.
I do like Tax the best though, he writes some good shit where as the rest of you are quite fookin amatuerish and give me a soft on at best.
Fookin Nortin nearly had a stroke eh.
Suck it up Bitches innit.
But anyway Homies, keep it real eh.
Regards the landlady.
She had to register because she owns my gaffer and then i had to register because i am going to fill in the T-M 30 online.
If you nut cases think my landlady is gunna fuk around doing a TM 30 every fookin time i go walk about you are more fooked up than i figured.
Also silly old Tax is on the money when he said it could be six weeks before i recieve my password.
Big deal, could not give a flying fuk, ill be in the lovely Australia doing a wicked road trip as usual whilst gaining a brand new O-A visa.
Good innit fukos.
Further more to that, sum skint shitstain mentioned that OA visas are shit because nasty arsed Thailand gunna bring in compulsory Health Insurance.
That may be true if you are a broke old tosser living here on fuk all. ??????
But i'm cashed up and can meet any fookin requirement this shithouse cumes up with eh.
So to that tool Lom, get a real job ya fooking wanker.
Since Tod sold out and focked off to Fakebook this forum has been crying out for another straight talking no nonsense takin, straight from the hip shooting, obnoxious, rock music lovin, pot smoking, ladyboy fuckin, Nakhon bumfuck retard liaisin visa guy.
By Jove, I think we've found him
Tezza...
I just watched a good portion of that YouTube meeting. My take away;
- They are working harder, not smarter. What I mean by that is, if they would review other more advanced countries systems and pull from it what would work here they would save themselves a ton of time and grief trying to invent their own system.
- The one audience speaker was right, its the 80/20 rule and here its more probably closer to a 95/5 rule that 5% of the shitbags that wash up here ruin it for the other 95%.
- I really do not think they (Thai leaders) understand how to effectively manage this and how ineffective it all is now. Sure they are creating jobs for Thais to manage mountains of paperwork but that is not a good use of resources. The "Old School" Thai officers have no interest in making it easier and effective. What do they gain from it? Many quite honestly do not want foreigners here. I suspect it intimidates them. Its going to take the young upcoming generation to affect the change. The 90 day check in and all the other forms are extremely costly and antiquated. Wait until they start to figure out how much this terrible system really costs their govt and that the Thai people have to Pay for it out of their hard earned wages in what we all call "Taxes". (Sound familiar?)
- The idea of a "Green Card" type of system (Pink Card as we use now) is the easiest to implement and with the chip in the card you can just pop it in at any immigration office if required. I would have no issue getting all the doctor, police background checks and going through the same kind of interview my wife and I did when she got her green card in the US and then her Citizenship. For me personally I do not really need to be a Thai citizen with a Thai passport. I would never pursue it. Just make me a permanent resident.
In the end this is going to be an ugly long battle. Many will leave. As stated, many people (foreign or Thai) will not rent to foreigners soon. Think about BIP and his new "Home Stay" business. If he has foreigners come stay he has to report it to the immigration office so if I was him, it would be 100% Thai based clientele and no foreigners.
I do find it interesting for me at this time. I routinely travel and stay at various hotels when traveling for the company here. From Pathum Thani to Chonburi to Rayong. When I arrive and check in at the hotel I booked, I just show my Thai drivers license, they make a copy of it, I give them my CC to secure the room and that's that. I never carry my passport with me as my wife keeps it at the house in our safe in Lampang as she does my 90 day check ins for me. I have no idea how any of these hotels are doing a TM30 form with just my drivers license. My hunch is, they aren't and I suspect that many businesses have no idea about the TM 30 rule or are simply ignoring it.
On my road trip last week we stayed in 7 different hotels over 7 nights. I recon 3 took all details of my passport plus Visa #. So I figure under half are reporting to Immi.
Let's say only 1 hotel on my trip filled a TM 30. That means it's now in the IMMI system and if I did not file a TM 30 on my return to BKK I would be fooked over when I attended IMMI for any reason.
Doesn't affect me because I'm exiting through an airport and bypassing Immi.
Anyway when I return to BKK in December I will have a password and login and i'll fill the TM 30 on line.
Get on board plebs, ya know ya need to do it.
Only exception being is that ya reside in some uncountry shit hole like Jeff does and they don't bother.
At the end of the day I would not sweat it to much as they will modify the fookin thing soon and make it much easier for the plebs who cannot get their head around it.
Have a lovely day wack jobs. The sun is shinning and all is good with the world.
Cheers eh.
