If you're on a multiple-entry and leaving every 90 days which it seems you are, you obviously don't need a re-entry permit. Just come back before June 18th to re-activate another 90 days.

when one departs Thailand, the 90 days period starts again on the day of return.

check to make sure your multiple entry visa and re-entry permit are still valid prior to departure.

the 90 days are how long you can stay in Thailand, not out

the expiry date of the visa is what will apply
