Calling teachers in Lat Phrao~

heya, just thought I'd post this & see if I can meet any other teachers living in Lat Phrao area? I've been living here a few days and start teaching in May at Lad Phrao Bilingual School, looking forward to it.

Would love to meet any other teachers living in the same area? Grab some food and have a chilled chat? =)

All the farang teachers from St John univeristy are drinking tons of beer at the small restaurant at the main gate, every night.

I pass there when I go from my place to Ladprao soi 4.

looked at sending my daughter to lad prao bilingual and had a visit. looked a nice school with plenty of white folk so you'll be right as rain i reckon.
also looked at st johns; guess teachers on the piss is finer but a bit close to home eh?

Great place in Lat Prao to eat and drink. 'Pathe' it's called, full of retro music artefacts. The owner plays his vinyl record collection of 60s-70s music.

Drank there a lot in my teaching days.

Yeah fair enuf mate ,, I was just going by what my wife used to earn as a teacher before I met her ,, she was only on 10.000 per month ,, I never knew what the English teachers earnt

found a good foreign run bar on lad prao soi 1 about 100 yards in
no idea if teachers frequent it but not a bad spot
also union mall is swarming with totty; makes shopping with the missus visualy stimulating
