| Teaching In Thailand Being a international school teacher in Thailand can be a great career with salaries in the range of $2,500 to $6,000 per month, or you could become a TEFLer teaching English with a salary range of 350-600 pounds per month, although with many teaching jobs it could be worth doing a TEFL course even if no experience is necessary, but will teaching students fulfil your overseas jobs yearnings? Is a English language teaching job something you really want to do? Can you teach English? |

| Opening for an English teacher in Surat Thani. 350 B/H Hi I work at a school in Surat Thani and have been working here for 3 1/2 year, teaching english to the 5-15 year old students. Now after 6 years in Thailand i am going back to live in Denmark. When i leave the school they will need one or two english teachers to fill my place. The school pays 350 B/H and they can provide accommodation for free. You dont have to be a native speaker, but you must be good at speaking english, and know how to teach kids age 5-15. The job is around 22 hours a week, and when you dont teach you can go home. No one will ask you to stay at the school from early morning to late afternoon, you only have to be there when you teach. If this sounds like a job for you then please send me an email. Last i have to say sorry to all the Philipino teachers out there. But the ovner of the school have told me that they dont want an Asian teacher. Regards Lars Sorensen Email : L_sorensen2001[at]yahoo.com Last edited by Lars sorensen : 06-01-2008 at 05:08 PM. |
