The second one is predominantly Muslim students with Muslim teachers, the first is one of these Christian-ethos schools. Bothy not even 5th tier and are not accredited. BB, look at schools that are accredited by CIS, WASC, WES and provide for IGCSE, A'Level or IB if you can.
good advice by fuckwit. The lower tier schools use local hire teachers who in general have no degree or training in the course material they teach.
For a decen6t education in Thailand you need to splash the cash, you know that with the girls AO and they received a scholarship....this game aint cheap
send them to boarding school in India
.....or Syria
Which might be useful for Indian students, I doubt a half thai half brit would want to board in India.
Mind you, we have a few Thai-Brit kids in our school over here
Check out Traill International School in Bangkok.
I would ask which dumb mod moved this to the teaching forum, but he already sent me a red for posting it in the lounge. I have no interest in teaching at schools was just enquiring as to whether anyone had sent their kids to these schools as looking for somewhere for my daughter. Anyway consensus seems to be they are both shite which i suspected anyway being at the bottom of the price range, so back to the Garden school being the front runner.
^Looked at that one yesterday, think i remember it being circa 500,000 baht a year.
I think your figures are off just a hair . PM me and I will get you in touch with one of the big bosses in charge (my wife).
My daughter has attended this British school for many years. She is now in Year 8 at about B350,000 per year. When I took her back to the states for a year, we found out that she was way ahead of what they were teaching in Colorado. We came back to Thailand the following year.
Just my two satangs...

This may (or may not) help...
International Schools Association of Thailand
Pioneers Intenational school has been taking upper secondary students while having only primary license. Many parents who lack of information have been cheated and had to keep silent while their kids be there due to fears of school closure.
International Pioneers School is a pretty good school, I'd say! Great team of teachers and staff and I heard that the students in this school develop themselves very well. Each individual student gets the needed attention from the teachers and is very well taken care of. Great curriculum with IGCSEs and AS/A level qualifications offered, as the cambridge international examination center... Best part is that it's located in the heart of Bangkok and just a minute's walk away from the BTS station! I suggest visiting the school to clear your doubts
@Cox8080 International Pioneers is licensed for primary as well as secondary, as per my knowledge. They're very open about sharing information.. My nephew studies there and i had the opportunity to go have a look and enquire and they showed me their license for primary all the way to upper secondary.. Heard that they earned 97/100 by the ministry of education as well, which is really good for a school. I wonder which parent has been cheated and what's about the "school closure" that you've mentioned in your post? would like to know... thanks
