Does the University year start in August this year as per ASEAN or am I just making this shit up as I go along? The reason I ask is I have seen a couple of job adverts with August start dates but I know a couple of Bangkok Universities are starting back in June.

The uni here in Mae Jo will start in August per ASEAN from what I hear. There seem to be a few students around now though.
The one I work at will open the end of August. 2 summer terms this year with the long break.
