Hahaha the poster boy for right wing nastiness gets it in the arse.

Cars.com and six other sponsors have put the brakes on advertising with Sean Hannity.

The automotive site was the first advertiser to bail on the right-wing Fox News Channel host who is under pressure for pushing a fake news conspiracy theory that his network bosses have retracted.

Mattress company Leesa and exercise bike maker Peloton have also yanked their ads from Hannity’s show.

This is a couple of days old. Will see soon if Hannity comes back from his holiday.

Amid Conspiracy Controversy, Hannity Takes A Vacation — And Vows To Return

Sean Hannity is not going away.

Well, scratch that. He is going away — but only on a planned vacation, and only briefly. Then, after that, you can be sure: He is not going away.

That, at least, is the word from Hannity, who lost several advertisers this week after repeatedly pushing a baseless conspiracy that was retracted Tuesday by his employer, Fox News Channel. Hannity took the second half of the week off, but before he did, he cautioned his Twitter followers not to worry:

Uh oh My ANNUAL Memorial Day long weekend starts NOW. Destroy Trump/Conservative media breathless coverage starts! Did Hannity do last show?

His network also backed him up in a statement.

"Like the rest of the country, Sean Hannity is taking a vacation for Memorial Day weekend and will be back on Tuesday," Fox said, adding: "Those who suggest otherwise are going to look foolish."

If that seems like quite a to-do for an annual vacation taken over a holiday weekend, one need only hearken back to last month, when another of the network's marquee pundits answered an advertiser backlash by taking a long-planned trip. Bill O'Reilly's own vacation announcement turned out to be the final words he would speak at the desk of The O'Reilly Factor.

Amid Conspiracy Controversy, Hannity Takes A Vacation ? And Vows To Return : The Two-Way : NPR

He has embarrassed hell out of his employer pushing a conspiracy theory. Seems they would do well to banish him.

I can't watch Fox in the mornings any more.

"The Five" is like a primary school table surrounded by kids drawing with crayons, and Tucker Carlson appears to have the facial expression of someone talking with a malfunctioning vibrator shoved up his arse.

Hannity was back on last night. Even though he stated before he left that he wouldn't be bringing up the Seth Rich conspiracy, he started right back in on it.

He ended the show with an ominous may be back tomorrow night and the decision wasn't up to him.

Fox will just have to pack it in if they let Hannity go. Tucker Carlson can't carry the ball on his own.

Just seen this headline from Fox:

Democrats, drop the violent rhetoric, stop trying to delegitimize Trump and be leaders

That would be the same Fox that spent eight years giving voice and credence to every whackjob theory about Obama being a Kenya-born Muslim Marxist and a platform to nutters like Nugent who called for his assassination.

    Irony meters. Exploding. Everywhere.

Fox news is important! After living on a diet of ABC,BBC,NBC, a compulsion starts to overwhelm me and I suddenly feel the need to start wearing grass shoes and a kaftan, eat food at the local vegan cafe, washed down with ethically grown organic coffee whilst singing Kumbaya.
A nice news hour with Sean (Ins)Hannity reminds me to beware of those evil subhumans trying to destroy my white Christian way of life, to restock the rifle rack in the pick up, shoot anyone that didn't salute the flag this morning (especially if they're not white Christians, praise the lord and the NRA) and dust off my "Trump making America great" baseball cap.
aaah that wonderful feeling of balance and steak n eggs for breakfast again.

    Faxe News Strikes Again!

Now, when CNN reporters got it wrong, the journalists involved resigned.

Of course the the "Fux and Friends" wankers and that witch Conway will cling to their shitty jobs spouting bollocks, because they have no honour or integrity whatsoever.

Fox and Friends co-host Steve Doocy admitted Tuesday that the report they did on former FBI Director James Comey revealing classified information in his memos was “mistaken.”

After the story aired on the Monday morning show, President Donald Trump then tweeted, “James Comey leaked CLASSIFIED INFORMATION to the media. That is so illegal!” However, as of Tuesday at 8:00 a.m., Trump’s tweet still existed on his page and he has not corrected the tweet.

Doocy appeared before the morning headlines to issue the network’s correction.

“Yesterday on this program we aired and tweeted this story saying former FBI director James Comey leaked memos containing top secret information,” he said. “We were mistaken in that. According to the report, half of the memos contain information classified at the secret or confidential, not top-secret. Markings of the documents in which Mr. Comey leaked are, at this point, unclear. Just wanted to straighten that out.”

The network did not apologize to Comey for alleging he did anything illegal or unethical nor did Doocy’s fellow Fox and Friends hosts comment the network’s flub.

Senior White House aide Kellyanne Conway ran with the information during her appearance on CNN Monday and asked why CNN wasn’t reporting the story. CNN ultimately discussed the inaccuracies in the story and the report fell apart by late Monday afternoon.

More Fake News from Fox and Friends. Will they resign? Will they make their apology to the NYT?

NYT asks Fox and Friends for apology for al-Baghdadi escape story

The New York Times asked Fox & Friends for an apology on Sunday, after the network appeared to falsely blame the newspaper for leaking intelligence information that led to a top ISIS leader's escape, according to reports.

“I am writing on behalf of The New York Times to request an on-air apology and tweet from Fox & Friends in regards to a malicious and inaccurate segment ‘NY Times leak allowed ISIS leader to slip away,’” the letter said, according to Politico media reporter Hadas Gold.

“Neither the staff at Fox & Friends, nor the writers of a related story on foxnews.com, appeared to make any attempt to confirm relevant facts, nor did they reach out to The New York Times for comment," the request related to the segment that aired on Saturday said.

The Times previously detailed the timeline of when the U.S. government made the information about the mission public to disprove a Fox News host's claim that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi escaped because “he was able to sneak away under the cover of darkness after a New York Times story.”

The newspaper said Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced the raid in question on the same day it took place in mid-May 2015. The Times said Carter's public statement could have tipped off the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria leader.

The letter to Fox noted that the Times published a story about the raid almost three weeks after the mission took place, and it received approval from Pentagon before running with it.

“The Times described the piece to the Pentagon before publication and they had no objections,” the paper said.

The claim that the Times thwarted efforts to snag al-Baghdadi, according to the letter, originated from “a misleading assertion by Gen. [Tony] Thomas speaking at a conference in Aspen.”

“No senior American official complained publicly about the story until now, more than two years later,” it said.

Despite assertions by the general, the Times said the conservative news network did not do its due diligence by checking the facts or asking for comment.

“With this segment, Fox & Friends demonstrated what little regard it has for reporting facts,” it concluded.

Fox News did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the newspaper's letter.

Another perv over at Fox News.

Fox News Host Sent Unsolicited Lewd Text Messages To Colleagues, Sources Say

Eric Bolling, a longtime Fox News host, sent an unsolicited photo of male genitalia via text message to at least two colleagues at Fox Business and one colleague at Fox News, a dozen sources told HuffPost.

Recipients of the photo confirmed its contents to HuffPost, which is not revealing their identities. The women, who are Bolling’s current and former Fox colleagues, concluded the message was from him because they recognized his number from previous work-related and informal interactions. The messages were sent several years ago, on separate occasions.

The women did not solicit the messages, which they told colleagues were deeply upsetting and offensive. One of the recipients said that when she replied to Bolling via text, telling him never to send her such photos again, he did not respond. Four people, outside of the recipients, confirmed to HuffPost they’d seen the photo, and eight others said the recipients had spoken to them about it.

    Yet another perv at Fox!

Scottie Nell Hughes sues Fox, claiming she was raped, blacklisted

Scottie Nell Hughes, a conservative political commentator, sued Fox News Monday alleging Fox Business host Charles Payne raped her and the network retaliated against her following her allegations, per the NYT.

Payne, host of "Making Money," was suspended in July pending an investigation into Hughes' allegations. He returned to the air earlier this month. He has denied the allegations.
Why it matters: Fox has been rocked by sexual harassment allegations have have led to millions of dollars in legal settlements and the departure of Chairman Roger Ailes and host Bill O'Reilly.

Hughes claims in the suit that Payne forced his way into her hotel room in July 2013 before sexually assaulting her, and says she was coerced into having a sexual relationship with him for the next two years in order to secure opportunities at Fox.

She further alleges that after she ended the relationship she was blacklisted from the network, and after she raised the allegations Fox leaked a story about her to the National Enquirer.

From Hughes: "My complaint speaks for itself. What is most important to me is that justice will prevent other women from going through the nightmare I'm now living. On my behalf, Wigdor LLP will expose Fox's unconscionable conduct, including leaking my name to the media. I am grateful to my husband, family, friends and colleagues for the outpouring of love and support."

From her lawyer: "On behalf of Scottie Nell Hughes, today we filed an action against Fox to hold it accountable for yet another case involving sexual harassment and retaliation inflicted by Fox executives in order to protect male, on-air talent. As alleged in the complaint, after Ms. Hughes confidentially reached out to Fox to disclose that she was sexually assaulted and raped by Fox anchor Charles Payne, Fox ruthlessly leaked her name to a reporter at the National Enquirer, along with a self-serving 'statement' by Payne apologizing for what he falsely described as an 'affair.' We intend to aggressively litigate Ms. Hughes's claims and hold Fox accountable to the fullest extent under the law."
From Payne's lawyer: "My client Charles Payne vehemently denies any wrongdoing and will defend himself vigorously against this baseless complaint. We are confident that when the evidence is presented in this case, Mr. Payne will be fully vindicated and these outrageous accusations against him will be confirmed as completely false."

A spokesperson for Fox Business did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

She does and obviously is since she slept with the guy to get ahead. Now she wants a refund for not getting what she paid for.
I wonder just how supportive her cuckolded husband is.
