Well you are not intellectually capable of maintaining a conversation with someone like the Gent. You are dumb. Really fucking dumb. Those of us that stand above you look down and choose not to waste our time with your repetitive posts and self hating projections.

Anyone that thinks this woman is "dumb" either has to be a trumpanzee or clearly is not doing a proper comparison of her to her opponents.

By their standards, she's fucking MENSA material.

She has the same problem as your hero Bernie, Snub. How are you going to pay for free everything? I have yet to hear an answer from her or Bernie. And fuck you, I'm hardly rotting in Flippo land. My quality of life here far, far exceeds that you 'enjoy' in the super expensive and virtually unlivable Seattle.

The GOP seems to have no problem adding trillions to the debt with their tax gifts to millionaires and billions more to the bloated military. But healthcare and education for working families? Fuck em right?

No society functions without a treasury providing liquidity to the market place. At the moment in the US and most other western countries, this ability to create liquidity is gifted to private bankers who create money out of thin air, as debt, with interest attached to it, and then lends it to the government, when in reality the treasury can create its own interest free money to pay for anything is so chooses. There is money creation - vast amounts of it, and societies like the US rely on it extensively. The biggest con is that currently this is in the hands of rich people who then use that power to direct policy. So where will it come from? It's already there but being given to the rich people who hoard it. Created money used for welfare is spent in the country boosting the economy. Created money made by the Rich, gifted to the rich, gets stuffed under their Cayman Islands pillows and invested in war profiteering and is gone. What do you prefer? The status quo or a change. I would have thought a high ranking station chief like you would know this.

We've had enough 'fortunate sons' wielding power and influence over American priorities. Time for some grassroots change and I'm glad people like Ocasio Cortez are bringing it.

Have you been watching Fox News or something? Is it too "socialist" for you?

Who do you think pays for American roads? American Military Equipment? Air Traffic Control? etc. etc. etc.

Barry, are you bsnub in disguise?

I think the point here is that like the UK, i have never in my 50+ years known a time when the intellectual capacity and nouse of politicians has been at such a low ebb. I guess a generational reflection, one you and snub are not picking up - think that sets you perfectly in context eh when you brow beat older forum members who've known a time when you could respect politicians.....almost. I didn't say like.

Remember when you hold some of your political candles upto the light, supported by your expletives, they are no more than birthday cake candles in context of political history and you make yourselves appear foolish.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez alters her campaign bio to fudge ‘girl from the Bronx’ misrepresentation
    https://www.americanthinker.com/blog...sentation.html

Face it: she lied. And she still is fudging the truth. "Tight-knit extended family" is a deceptive term meant to imply she lived in the Bronx when in fact she lived in upscale Westchester.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tweaks bio after residency questions
    https://www.desmoinesregister.com/st...ons/762779002/

Her bio was called into question by some conservatives after the victory because she lived and went to school in Westchester County, New York, which some critics charged contradicted her Bronx girl campaign narrative.

The bio previously stated, “She ended up attending public school 40 minutes north in Yorktown, and much of her life was defined by the 40-minute commute between school and her family in the Bronx.”

That sentence in the bio has since been changed, though it still doesn’t explicitly state that she moved out of the Bronx to Yorktown when she was 5 years old.
Don't we already have enough bipartisan liars?

^ Our resident SMEAR artist up to his old games.

In fact, she was born in the Bronx and moved to a working class neighborhood in Westchester County (the horror!) because her mom, who scubbed toilets for a living, wanted her in better schools.

Good on her, its too often the case that the focus is on individual background rather than the substance of the person and what they have to say these days.

^^Then that's what her campaign bio should have said in the first place. But it didn't...it said she lived in the Bronx and commuted to her school in Westchester county.

How do you know? No doubt easily explainable. Certainly a very trivial detail being blown way out of proportion by right wing sleazebags.
