Funny that the US doesn't have herd mentality when it comes to health and well being but does when it comes to gun laws, political correctness, political views and the like.

I do agree with vaccinations.

But, the latest scientific conventions are not facts, they are just the latest scientific conventions; often very good, sometimes just good and sometimes bad, but always temporary. In the case of pharmaceutical companies, their massive profits and their corrupting affect on research and government policy, the reality is very well understood (and detailed in many recent researches) = profits come before truth or lives.

In this bio-neurological space, I have researched in it for the last 10 years or so, the affects of drugs such as vaccinations are not understood totally; not even nearly...

Latindancer explained it pretty well: the latest scientific models (heavily funded by totally corrupt pharmaceutical companies) predominantly support vaccinations and their positive role in fighting diseases. But, just like Thalidomide which caused spinabifida in over 10,000 cases, there must be ongoing research and discussion into each and every drug and its uses. In fact, in recent journals/books/critical pedagogical research I've read the stated number 1 threat to science is the funding of academic research by big business... i.e. make us profits or don't get any funds - and this is ALL of the top UK/US universities.

Regarding this banned person - I don't support their ideas, but I do support anybody that brings these topics into discussion.

A lot of cliched ignorance has been shown on this thread. I specifically research neurological areas, the neurotransmitters, the neuromodulators and the neural structures they affect, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the science is not closed on this issue, and many current drugs WILL be banned and huge payouts made in the future. Drug companies and the research they fund is geared to profits; research detrimental to these profits is closed down or silenced; the underlying neurological affects of these drugs is NOT known, and is not tested for because these drugs are rushed to market without full disclosure or trials as standard practice.

I believe the vaccinations are helping vastly more people than they harm and should be continued, but they undoubtedly DO harm many children and DO have many negative neurological/physiological affects. It is not a binary issue.

Continued research and continued discourse is vital for improved vaccination programs.

Good science should (actually, MUST) always be challenged and critiqued.

As far as free speech goes: people who want to close it down are far more dangerous than those who want to use it...

She's got lot's of rellies, when she talks about him (no disrespect) she refers to him as Mr Floppy Foot.
